Day 1: Exercise Like the Eskimos

A New Year's  tradition that is often celebrated in colder climates is the polar plunge.  Well today was no different.  My father-in-law who by the way has done 3 of these already asked my 2 oldest children if they were interested in participating in this year's Exercise Like the Eskimos polar plunge at Bethany Beach in Delaware.  Well my children couldn't resist the opportunity/challenge and agreed to jump in the Atlantic Ocean which was under 50 degrees Fahrenheit.  Too cold for me as I prefer hot weather!
