Day 10: What do you call pancakes?

On most weekends, I make the family pancakes or waffles.  There's no secret recipe but I do use Bisquik which seems to be our family's favorite pancake mix.  This weekend was no different and as one can see, pancakes were the carb of choice.

One small request. If your geographic area has a name other than pancakes, would you please include it in the comment section and tell us where you are from.
